Join us for a free workshop on either December 12 or December 15 about health insurance options for 2018 open enrollment and how to manage your money and finances. The workshops will both be held at the North Clinic, Stickney Township Public Health District. The deadline to enroll in a health insurance plan through the marketplace is December 15 at midnight, so register now to make sure you make the best enrollment decision for you.

Entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals and anyone who wants to learn more about health insurance are invited to learn about:

  • Health insurance options and how to be aware of “junk” plans
  • Where to access no-cost help to enroll in a health plan
  • No- and low-cost local organizations to assist with your finances and financial-related stress
  • Creating a financial plan for your business, health and home goals
