COVID-Compliant Business Partnership Program

This program has two components: 1) Funding of $2,500 for eligible Small Businesses with 1-100 employees and 2) Support and partnership for all eligible county businesses that wish to become a COVID Compliant Business Partner. This program will support local small businesses by reimbursing and/or offsetting costs and impacts directly related to complying with COVID-19 related business protocols and providing support to all eligible county businesses who apply for the program.

El Paso County Business Loan Fund

The El Paso County Business Loan Fund Program is a source of capital for expanding businesses within El Paso County. Providing lower cost financing helps pave the way for small business owners to expand their businesses. The Business Loan Fund Program typically involves a private lender who may not otherwise provide complete financing. The public / private partnership can help smaller businesses finance their expansion, resulting in new employment opportunities.

Colorado Main Street Loan Program for Women-Owned Businesses

The Colorado Main Street Loan Program for women-owned businesses is an affordable, flexible, and friendly loan program available to women-owned (51% or more) small businesses located in Colorado. The program has been made available through the generous funding support of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado. Different loan amounts are available under this program up to $25,000 and all are repayable over forty-eight months (four years) at a fixed interest rate of 3.00% with no repayments of principal or interest due during the first six months of the loan.

First Southwest Community Fund

First Southwest Community Fund COVID-19 Rapid Response and Recovery Fund

In partnership with ZOMA Foundation, Catena Foundation, and Gates Family Foundation, nonprofit First Southwest Community Fund (FSWCF) is establishing a $3 million COVID-19 Rapid Response & Recovery Loan Fund to offer affordable loans to rural businesses and nonprofits affected by the COVID-19 crisis, with the goal to protect jobs and invest in our communities in the short, medium and long-term.

Region 3 Micro-Enterprise Program

The CCEDC administers a Micro-Enterprise Loan Fund for small businesses with capital needs of less than $100,000. Funding for technical assistance is also available to develop solid business skills and improve the chance for success moving forward.

1st Southwest Community Fund - Emergency Loans Fund - Telluride Region

As part of the Telluride Regional Loan Fund, we have dedicated funds to offer Emergency Loans to start-ups or for-profit businesses in the following counties: Dolores, Montrose, Ouray, San Juan or San Miguel. LOANS CAN BE USED FOR: Working capital; Business continuity. LOAN TERMS: Loan amount: $5,000-$10,000; 3% interest rate with 7 year term;
$100 fee; No payments for first 180 days.

Region 3 CDBG Business Loan Program

The CCEDC administers the Region 3 Business Loan Program (BLF) for Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties. Since 1985, the CCEDC has provided over $8M in business loans, which has leveraged approximately $17.5M in area investments. The goal of the loan program is to support business retention and expansion and new job growth within Region 3. Loans are generally between $2,000 and $200,000 but will be considered on a case by case basis. CCEDC loans may be used for the purchase of real estate, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, working capital, and inventory.

They have been especially hard-hit by the COVID-19 economic crisis, with minority and woman-owned small businesses being hit the hardest. Legal volunteers have offered to help Colorado’s small businesses get back on their feet. This website was created to match small businesses that need limited legal advice regarding COVID-19 related issues with volunteer lawyers.

Small Business Emergency Loans for Rural Colorado

Colorado Lending Source has made loan funds available specifically for businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and are located in rural Colorado. The intent of this program is to help small businesses survive and retain employees during these challenging times. Financing is available at a fixed interest rate over twenty-four months (two years) with no payments of principal and interest due during the first six months of the loan. Loan Details: $10,000 loans, 3.00% fixed interest rate, Two year terms, Payments deferred for six months.
